Reflexology treatments, including maternity reflexology at Beckenham Place Park Mansion

Hello and welcome to Reflexology in Bromley!

My name is Becky and I have been a qualified reflexologist since 2013. I trained with the Bayly School and am a member of both the British Reflexology Association and the Association of Reflexologists.

I work in the idyllic location of Beckenham Place Park Mansion on the Kent/Lewisham border and appointments are available Monday-Friday.

My story

After becoming a mum, I decided to leave my career as a primary school teacher behind and train as a reflexologist, something that I have always been passionate about since first having a treatment in my late teens. I initially turned to reflexology to assist with sinus problems I was experiencing and after a few months of treatments these had cleared up altogether. I have also had treatments throughout all three of my pregnancies and to assist with post-natal depression following birth.

I feel incredibly passionately about the power of complementary medicine to assist with healing the body and the link between mind, body and spirit. Every client presents a unique story and a new pair of feet to explore and I feel honoured to be able to be a part of their journey, whether it be assisting with a particular condition, for example, migraines, or for general wellbeing, which is of course just as important in modern life.

I have continued my professional development and have obtained specialisms in Conception and Maternity Reflexology (including fertility & pregnancy; Hot Stone Reflexology; Mindful Reflexology (for stress, anxiety & depression); AromaReflex and Functional Reflex Therapy (for children & adults with autism and additional needs).

In 2017 I was invited to be a board member of the British Reflexology Association, a role which involves organising lecture days for fellow reflexologists. This way I keep up-to-date with all of the latest research and happenings.

If you have any questions at all about reflexology, please do get in touch with me - I am always happy to hear from you and will get back to you as soon as I can.
